■ Main Features of "Kanata"
E-learning x AI-powered interactive learning
By combining e-learning with an AI chat app, learners can ask questions on the spot when they don't understand, instantly filling knowledge gaps. Additional explanations, examples, and quizzes tailored to comprehension levels promote retention, and learning logs visualize stumbling blocks, improving training and on-site reproducibility.
Sharing and managing internal prompts as business assets
By managing useful prompts as business assets in a prompt library, individual know-how is accumulated within the organization, increasing the reproducibility of results. Searching and reusing prompts shortens work time and standardizes quality. This prevents reliance on specific individuals, enabling anyone to produce a certain level of output early on, thereby improving overall team productivity.
AI-driven next plan generation from meeting minutes
By automatically generating meeting minutes with a summary app and having AI propose next plans based on the content, "what was decided" and "what to do next" can be instantly visualized. This reduces omissions and misunderstandings, and organizes responsibilities, deadlines, and priorities.
