Targeting products that obtained a certain number of user reviews on ITreview over the one-year period from April 2025 to March 2026, the 'ITreview Score' is calculated by multiplying indicators such as various evaluation scores like product satisfaction, usability, and support quality, the number of reviews, search volume in the market, and this year's attention level, and the top 100 products are selected.

As of May 2026, approximately 14,700 products are listed on ITreview, and out of that massive group of IT products, SmartVisca ranked 68th in the overall category 'The Best Software Top100', and further ranked 17th in the newly established 'The Best Software for AI-Powered Features' category, which recognizes products equipped with generative AI features that are highly rated by users, resulting in a double selection.
