Former CARTA HD CEO Shinsuke Usami Acquires All Shares of Supporters

Shinsuke Usami, former Representative Director, President and CEO of CARTA HOLDINGS, Inc. ("CARTA HD"), has agreed to acquire all shares of SUPPORTERS, Inc. ("Supporters") held by CARTA HD through the newly established Supporters Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinsuke Usami; hereinafter "Supporters HD"). This transaction is scheduled to be executed on April 10, 2026. Since its establishment, under the vision of "Increasing Cool Adults," Supporters has been one of Japan's leading HR tech companies, deploying highly value-added matching services primarily in the career support area specialized for new graduate engineers. With its overwhelming community brand for engineering students as a strength, it possesses a business foundation expected to grow further in the young IT human resources market that supports the future digital society. Through this share transfer, Supporters will become independent from CARTA HD and execute flexible and bold business strategies. Shinsuke Usami will fully support this independence leveraging his extensive business development experience to date, and powerfully drive the medium- to long-term corporate growth of Supporters. Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1972. After graduating from Waseda University's School of Commerce, he worked at Tohmatsu Consulting (currently Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC) and co-founded Axiv.com (VOYAGE GROUP) with friends in 1999. Listed on TSE Mothers in 2014, and TSE First Section in 2015. In 2019, integrated management with CCI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dentsu, and became Representative Director and Chairman of CARTA HD.
