Sapps Launches Kansai's First Permanent Pilates Chair Group Classes

Sapps Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture; CEO: Toshikazu Nase) will launch Kansai’s first (※) permanent group Pilates Chair program at the Vivo Bearsi Koshien Store.

This program is an original curriculum developed by the company’s in-house instructor training and education institution, “Wellness Colours Academy.” By combining the Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair, it introduces a new wellness program that emphasizes not only strengthening but also aligning and gaining control over the body.

The Pilates Chair is positioned as an advanced machine for those who have become comfortable with machine-based Pilates. Building on the body awareness developed through the Reformer, it enhances balance, core strength, and control.

The program is supervised by Kayoko Shishime, who has extensive experience teaching diverse age groups. This allows for personalized approaches tailored to individuals, from exercise beginners to experienced practitioners.
