Coach A Co., Ltd. Coach A supports organizational transformation and leadership development primarily through coaching for business professionals, including corporate executives and management personnel.
Through this initiative, Coach A will support the development of globally active leaders through coaching within the programs provided by the U.S.-Japan Council. Professional coaches from Coach A will conduct continuous coaching sessions over six months for next-generation leaders in their 20s and 30s, individual members, and staff participating in programs hosted by the Council. Participants will deepen their understanding of their own values and desired future self through dialogue while interacting with others, and explore their leadership and behavioral styles.
Through this initiative, Coach A will contribute to the growth of next-generation leaders who can interact and act while involving people from various backgrounds.
