Coach A Provides Coaching for U.S.-Japan Council's Next-Generation Leadership Program

Coach A Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 9339), an executive coaching firm that realizes organizational transformation, announced that it will begin providing six months of coaching sessions starting in June to participants of programs held by the U.S.-Japan Council, a non-profit organization focused on international leadership development, as part of its sponsorship activities.

In recent years, the environment surrounding society and organizations has been changing rapidly, and there is a greater need than ever for leaders to have the ability to create new value while collaborating with people of diverse values. In particular, developing next-generation leaders who can dialogue across borders and cultures while involving those around them is one of the global challenges.

Driven by this awareness, the U.S.-Japan Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating international leaders who can collaborate with diverse people and forming networks for the further development of U.S.-Japan relations. They hold a vision that "U.S.-Japan relations will become a model for global collaboration, contributing to the realization of a more sustainable and inclusive society." In addition to providing various programs, they create opportunities for diverse learning and dialogue through networking activities and events.

Coach A supports organizational transformation and leadership development primarily through coaching for business professionals, including corporate executives and management personnel.

Through this initiative, Coach A will support the development of globally active leaders through coaching within the programs provided by the U.S.-Japan Council. Professional coaches from Coach A will conduct continuous coaching sessions over six months for next-generation leaders in their 20s and 30s, individual members, and staff participating in programs hosted by the Council. Participants will deepen their understanding of their own values and desired future self through dialogue while interacting with others, and explore their leadership and behavioral styles.

Through this initiative, Coach A will contribute to the growth of next-generation leaders who can interact and act while involving people from various backgrounds.
