The 'Brilliant Wine & Sake Server' is a device that keeps opened alcoholic beverages chilled at optimal temperatures. With a simple button press, it dispenses drinks while automatically injecting inert gases such as nitrogen or argon to prevent oxidation and deterioration, preserving the beverage's flavor for extended periods and enabling anyone to easily serve high-quality drinks. The system supports both measured dispensing and free-pour service, accommodating diverse beverage service needs across different business types and operational challenges.

Since its launch in February 2025, the server has been used for paid self-service operations by connecting an optional cash unit, allowing payment via cash or dedicated medals. With the new integration of external cashless payment systems, QR code payments and credit card payments (including contactless) are now available, expanding payment options.
