New Parfaits at LAZULI PLACE

Grip Second Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinya Kaneko) operates 'LAZULI PLACE' and 'LAZULI BAKERY' (located in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, within THE KNOT UTSUNOMIYA). This early summer, the establishments are introducing new parfaits made with seasonal fruits and a selection of recommended new bakery items.

At LAZULI PLACE, starting Saturday, June 20, 2026, we will begin selling the 'Tochigi Melon Reward Parfait' made with melons from Tochigi Prefecture, and the 'Ripe 7-Fruit Feast Parfait' made with seasonal fruits.

Additionally, LAZULI BAKERY continuously develops new products tailored to the season and ingredients. From these, we are pleased to introduce six recommended new items this time.

Through seasonal specialties such as parfaits made with Tochigi melons and breads made with yakisoba from a local noodle shop, we aim to deliver new and exciting dining experiences right in front of Utsunomiya Station.

Tochigi Melon Reward Parfait 1,980 JPY (tax included)

Melon Parfait

A seasonal limited-time parfait featuring melons from Haga Town, Tochigi Prefecture, with additional high-quality melons selected based on freshness. We highlight the melons from Haga Town discovered through comparative tastings, pairing them with the complementary vanilla aroma. Enjoy the refreshing, juicy flavor of the fruit to the fullest.

Available exclusively during LAZULI PLACE's cafe time and night meal time, served in-store.

A colorful parfait made primarily with seasonal fruits from Tochigi Prefecture.

Generously featuring fully ripened fruits, this parfait layers distinct flavors and textures. As the fruits used change with each season, it offers a unique, one-time-only experience that captures the essence of the moment.

Available exclusively during LAZULI PLACE's cafe time, served in-store.

After mid-July, we plan to introduce parfaits featuring Tochigi peaches and Shine Muscat grapes.

Ishikawa Seimen Yakisoba Pan & Ultimate Mentaiko French

Ishikawa Seimen Yakisoba Pan 350 JPY (tax included)

A savory bread roll made with yakisoba noodles from Ishikawa Seimen in Kanuma City. Yakisoba and beni shoga (red pickled ginger) are placed inside a brioche-style koppu bread and finished with mayonnaise. This product highlights unique local ingredients from Tochigi.

Ultimate Mentaiko French 350 JPY

A mentaiko French bread made with high-hydration rustic dough. Crispy on the outside and chewy inside, it features mentaiko butter—a blend of mentaiko (spicy cod roe), butter, and mayonnaise—both inside and on the surface.

Baked Apple Brioche & Blueberry Brioche

Cinnamon-Scented Baked Apple Brioche 320 JPY

Combines baked apples seasoned with cinnamon with a cream made from mascarpone and custard, all wrapped in brioche dough. The crunchy texture of the crumble adds a delightful accent.

Twice-Fried Juicy Japanese-Style Karaage Dog 390 JPY

A savory bread roll made with house-made karaage (Japanese fried chicken) marinated in shio koji, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Paired with brioche dough, it creates a satisfying, hearty item.

Croquant Éclair 280 JPY

A choux pastry baked with layered cookie dough, generously filled with fresh cream and custard. Its signature feature is the delightfully crisp, crunchy texture.
