Hotel InterGate Kanazawa (Takayamamachi, Kanazawa City, General Manager: Masashi Saito), operated by Granvista Hotel & Resort Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yukio Arai), will host a special event titled "INTERGATE Local Relation @Kanazawa ~Yamato Shoyu Miso and Kanazawa's Fermentation Culture~" starting July 20, 2026. The event will take place in the hotel lounge, allowing guests to enjoy local specialty products.

"InterGate Hotels," a value-experience hotel brand with locations in five cities across Japan (Kyoto, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, and Osaka), hosts a guest-exclusive special event called "INTERGATE Local Relation" each month at its properties, offering visitors a chance to savor regional delicacies in the hotel lounge.

This month's event features a collaboration with Yamato Shoyu Miso, a long-established fermented seasoning manufacturer founded in 1911 (Meiji 44). Guests will experience the rich fermentation culture for which Kanazawa is renowned. During afternoon service, we will serve the popular "miso senbei" from Yamato Shoyu Miso—known for its crisp texture and nostalgic flavor—along with a hotel-original pound cake made using "YAMATO Genmai Amazake," crafted from domestic brown rice and rice koji. During Happy Hour, guests can enjoy a sparkling cocktail made with "Yamato Doburoku (Cassis)," highlighting the natural umami of rice, while snack offerings include "YAMATO Goma Miso" and "YAMATO Negi Miso" served as dip sauces with crackers, offering a new way to enjoy miso.

During afternoon service, two types of baked sweets will be offered: the popular "miso senbei" from Yamato Shoyu Miso and a hotel-original pound cake made with "YAMATO Genmai Amazake," crafted from domestic brown rice and rice koji. Enjoy the nostalgic crunch of the senbei and the fragrant sweetness of amazake in this exclusive hotel dessert.

2 Alcoholic beverage featuring "Yamato Doburoku (Cassis)," along with "YAMATO Goma Miso" and "YAMATO Negi Miso"

Serving Time: Happy Hour (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

During the evening Happy Hour, we will serve a sparkling cocktail made with Yamato Shoyu Miso's craft doburoku, leveraging over 100 years of fermentation expertise. Additionally, "Goma Miso" and "Negi Miso" from Yamato Shoyu Miso will be available as dip sauces with crackers at the snack corner.
