■ Practice-oriented curriculum directly linked to practical work, conducted by dedicated full-time instructors who provide training year-round (2-30% input / 7-80% output)
■ Available for participation from 1 person, progress visualized through daily reports, tests, and evaluation sheets
■ Development of human skills such as questioning ability, task management, and communication

■ For 15 or more participants, a sub-instructor will be assigned
■ With subsidy utilization: approximately 20,000 JPY for small and medium-sized enterprises / approximately 120,000 JPY for large enterprises (for 1 month of training)
