Maison Crêpe offers "crepes for adults" that satisfy the hearts of sophisticated adults gathered in Hibiya with an authentic French aroma, unlike typical crepes for eating on the go.
The dough, made with all French ingredients including wheat, salt, and sugar, is combined with a leaven starter that Boulangerie Jean-François has cultivated for over 20 years. This creates Maison Crêpe's unique texture: a crispy, thin, and light exterior with a chewy, elastic interior.
We offer 7 types of crepes, each with an extra touch of deliciousness in the filling. These include "Sugar Butter," which allows you to directly savor the deliciousness of the French fermented butter-infused dough; "Tatin-style Apple Caramel Sauce," a sucre (sweet crepe) where caramelized Tatin-style apples and light chantilly (whipped cream) melt together; and the luxurious salée (savory crepe), "Homemade Truffle Butter and Mushroom Duxelles," with the savory umami of mushrooms and the rich aroma of truffle butter.

A bakery inheriting the techniques and spirit of M.O.F. (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - Best Craftsman in France) award-winning chef Jean-François Lemercier.
