From Wednesday, June 10th, we will welcome you with an even more delicious new menu.

Kamikochi Azusa Coffee (a group company of Create Restaurants Holdings, KR Food Service Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President Naoto Hamano), which operates 13 stores in Hyogo, Osaka, and Nara, will undergo a major renewal aimed at improving taste starting June 10th.

To deliver more delicious and attractive products, we have upgraded our menu, including richly aromatic coffee, vegetables that evoke the land of Shinshu, and freshly prepared in-store desserts.

Carino Kale from Okachu Farm in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, blessed by the great nature of Shinshu. It is rich in flavor and nutrients, and we are particular about its freshness. It is a healthy and delicious salad.

We use it in all Azusa Coffee salads.

Shinshu Milk Green Curry

A green curry that truly conveys the deliciousness of Shinshu Milk and Shinshu Mushrooms is born as a new menu item. Enjoy a deep curry made with a duxelles sauce using various mushrooms from Shinshu.

Homemade Apple Pie

It has been renewed to be even more delicious. "Shinshu apples," grown in areas with large temperature differences, are characterized by their rich flavor and are ideal for apple pie. This apple pie, generously filled with approximately one whole delicious apple, is our specialty. This time, we have further refined the taste by adding Shinshu apricot jam and rum-infused cranberries and raisins as hidden ingredients, making it even more flavorful.

Azusa Special French Toast with Shinshu Milk Ice Cream

Our popular "French Toast," a favorite for both dessert and breakfast, has also been renewed to be even more delicious. By using baguette for the bread, you can enjoy a different texture as you eat, and by soaking it thoroughly, you can experience the Shinshu Milk even more. The French toast on the morning menu will also use this baguette, ensuring even greater satisfaction.
