Quontier Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kota Yoshizawa; hereinafter 'Quontier') announces that it has entered into a business and capital partnership with Space Renaissance Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yasuaki Terazawa; hereinafter 'SR'), a company specializing in rocket design and development support, mission analysis, and flight safety analysis.
This partnership marks the first case of Quontier's 'Co-Venturing Studio' model, in which the company leverages its consulting credibility to become an active business participant through investment and management involvement. SR was established in January 2026 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Est Rouge Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Est Rouge'), which is also an alliance partner of Quontier. Through this partnership, Quontier will participate in SR's management via a capital and business alliance. Background and Purpose of the Partnership
SR possesses a specialized engineering team focused on the space domain and a unique technological foundation responsible for core space transportation technologies such as flight analysis and flight safety analysis. To achieve further business expansion, in addition to technical capabilities, establishing dedicated teams for business strategy and sales, along with organizational infrastructure, has become a critical challenge.
Quontier's strengths lie in its implementation capability to seamlessly execute strategies from conception to execution and stabilization, as well as its business development capability as a company that creates ventures and cultivates CxOs (executive talent). Notably, its expertise in DX and business process reform, cultivated in the manufacturing, automotive, and heavy industries, can be applied to the space industry as 'another heavy industry.' In this partnership, Quontier will combine this 'business power' with SR's technology to promote the construction of revenue models, design growth strategies, and strengthen management systems as an invested stakeholder.
Initiatives to be Advanced Through the Partnership
Business Strategy and Sales: Leverage Quontier's business strategy formulation capabilities and sales network to drive new customer acquisition and sales support, primarily targeting the space industry.
Business Development and Management Infrastructure: Jointly work on building revenue models, designing growth strategies, and establishing recruitment and organizational structures to nurture technology into a sustainable business.
Delivery System: Combine Quontier's consulting execution capabilities with SR's space domain technical expertise to maximize value delivered to customers.
System Development and Technical Infrastructure: Utilize the system development capabilities, security expertise, and UI/UX knowledge of Est Rouge—the parent company of SR and also an alliance partner of Quontier—to support the enhancement of SR's technical foundation.
Management Structure
In conjunction with this partnership, Kota Yoshizawa, Representative Director of Quontier, will assume the role of Director at SR, responsible for business strategy, sales strategy, and business development. Together with Representative Director Yasuaki Terazawa, who oversees technology development, the management structure will be strengthened.
