Givery Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yasuhide Kanayama; hereinafter "Forwardforce") regarding the following contents (hereinafter "this Alliance").

Through this Alliance, both companies will accelerate the social implementation of generative AI and contribute to the creation of concrete results in AI adoption support for client companies.

Background of this Alliance

In recent years, while the utilization of generative AI in Japanese companies has rapidly expanded, the "disconnection of support in the 'last mile'"—such as "strategic proposals and PoCs that do not lead to full-scale implementation" and "failure to establish adoption and improvement cycles after introduction, leading to nominal on-site use"—has become a major challenge hindering the creation of results from AI investments.
