Princess Cruises announced that Star Princess has been selected for the "Condé Nast Traveler Hot List 2026," an annual feature by the major US travel magazine that curates and showcases new travel experiences worldwide.

Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Condé Nast Traveler's "Hot List" honors outstanding hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cruise ships that have launched or commenced operations within the past year, setting new standards in design, service, and experiential value that embodies the charm of their locations, as selected by the magazine's global editorial team.

The latest Sphere Class vessel, "Star Princess," further evolves Princess Cruises' iconic guest experience, combining modern design with warm spaces, designed to help guests connect more deeply with the world. This selection for the Hot List comes amidst a series of monumental milestones for the ship. Following its inaugural Panama Canal transit, Star Princess will make its debut on Seattle-based Alaska cruises in May 2026, becoming the first Sphere Class ship to navigate that region.

With a fleet of eight ships offering a total of 180 departures and visiting 19 ports, the expanded program allows guests to enjoy an unprecedented range of Alaskan experiences, from cruises to cruise tours that combine land stays.
