Princess Cruises Announces 2028 Japan Homeport Cruises

Princess Cruises has announced that two sister ships built in Japan, the 'Diamond Princess' and 'Sapphire Princess', will operate Japan homeport cruises in 2028 with Tokyo as their homeport. Setting 40 departure dates* between Tuesday, February 29, 2028, and Saturday, November 11, 2028, they will visit a total of 39 cities in 3 countries, including South Korea and Taiwan. Additionally, great value plans such as 'Max Early Booking Discount', 'Super Early Booking Discount', 'Early Booking Discount', and 'Special Rates for 3rd/4th Guests' are available. Sales are scheduled to begin on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

The 2028 Japan homeport cruises, based in Tokyo, offer diverse routes where passengers can encounter the new charms of Japan while experiencing the beauty of the four seasons and Japan's unique traditions and culture.
