The mechanism that automatically calculates and displays available time slots along with the maximum bookable treatment duration has been granted a patent by the company (Patent No. 7002089).

A new concept in booking: 'I want to come at this time!'

In typical online salon reservations, customers cannot check available time slots unless they first select a service menu.

Therefore, even if a customer thinks, 'I’d like to book a 90-minute relaxation session tomorrow at 12 PM,' they may find upon reaching the date/time selection screen that their preferred time is unavailable.

Even if a customer selects a 90-minute course, if the desired time is unavailable, they must go back and try a 60-minute course—repeating this process multiple times.

If a customer thinks, 'I’d like to get a massage starting at 12 PM,' the 'Reserve from Available Time' feature immediately shows whether that time is available. Additionally, the maximum bookable duration is displayed, allowing customers to estimate whether their desired service can be accommodated before proceeding to menu selection.

Applicable to nail salons, eyelash salons, and more

For services like nail or eyelash treatments where service durations vary significantly, customers can choose available time slots based on the 'maximum bookable time' displayed for each slot. Once a time slot is selected, only the services that can be completed within that slot are shown, enabling smooth and efficient menu selection.

Key Features of 'Reserve from Available Time'

View both 'available times' and 'maximum treatment duration' on a single screen

When wondering, 'Is 9 AM available?' this screen instantly shows all open slots. Furthermore, the display '9:00 – up to 90 minutes' indicates the maximum treatment duration possible, helping customers estimate whether their usual service fits before moving to menu selection.

Available time slots for the next 8 days are displayed in a list. At a glance, users can see 'this slot allows up to 30 minutes,' 'this one up to 2 hours,' etc.

After selecting an available time slot, only services that can be completed within that slot are displayed

Only services compatible with the selected time slot are shown, reducing the need to go back and reselect after realizing the time is insufficient.

This mechanism of automatically calculating and displaying 'available time slots' and the 'maximum bookable treatment duration' within each slot is protected under the company’s patent (Patent No. 7002089).

Selecting a slot labeled '9:00 – up to 60 minutes' displays only services that take 60 minutes or less, allowing customers to choose without hesitation.

With this release, 'coming-soon' has restructured its booking pathways, offering three intuitive entry points based on user intent:

Time-based booking ('Reserve from Available Time' – new feature)
For returning customers who want to book 'at this time on that day.' Enables fastest booking for regular services.

Menu-based booking ('Reserve from Menu')
For new customers who already know which service they want. Allows checking availability based on the desired menu.

Staff-based booking ('Reserve from Staff')
For customers who prefer a specific staff member. Enables availability checks based on their preferred provider.

Reservation top screen: Users can choose from three entry points – 'Reserve by Time,' 'Reserve by Menu,' and 'Reserve by Staff.' All three options support an 8-day availability overview.
