Resort Hotel "FESPA" on Yugejima Island in the Seto Inland Sea Rebrands & Grand Opens on April 1st, Joint Press Conference Held with Kamijima Town

M&M Service Co., Ltd. (Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture, Representative Director and President Satoru Koike) grand opened "Inland Sea Resort FESPA" (hereinafter "FESPA"), a resort hotel managed as a designated administrator by Kamijima Town, Ehime Prefecture, on April 1, 2026, after rebranding. Prior to this, a joint press conference and preview were held with Kamijima Town on March 30, 2026.

"FESPA" is an accommodation facility owned by Kamijima Town, Ehime Prefecture, located on Yugejima Island in the Seto Inland Sea, and is an all-oceanfront resort hotel.
This facility was temporarily closed, but our company was designated as the administrator on September 9, 2025, and it has restarted under a new concept. On March 1, 2026, we conducted a pre-opening by introducing our unique all-inclusive service "Marugoto Omotenashi®", and now we have celebrated its grand opening.

On the day of the joint press conference, in addition to greetings from Mayor Uemura of Kamijima Town and President Koike of our company, and an explanation of the rebranding overview, participants also experienced the newly introduced all-inclusive service "Marugoto Omotenashi®".

Future Outlook

Going forward, with the cooperation of the people of Kamijima Town, we will work on developing tourism content that utilizes the charm of regional resources and strengthening services through collaboration with local businesses, under a public-private partnership. Through the operation of FESPA, we aim to provide attractive stay experiences to all visitors and contribute to the promotion of tourism on Yugejima Island.
