Donation of Wooden Educational Toys to Certified NPO Art and Play Creation Association
Ed.Inter Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Takahiro Narai, hereinafter Ed.Inter), which develops the educational toy brand "GENI" born from a preschool, donated wooden educational toys to the Certified NPO Art and Play Creation Association on June 26, 2026 (Fri.) and participated in the presentation ceremony.
The toys donated this time will be utilized at five mother-child welfare facilities in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba through the association.
This initiative is part of Ed.Inter's "Let's Make Everyone Smile with Toys!" project, which has been ongoing since November 2021. This activity involves donating our own products, which are difficult to sell due to minor scratches or individual differences in paint, despite having no issues with safety or functionality, to preschools, children's homes, hospitals, and other institutions to aid in children's play and learning.
About the Certified NPO Art and Play Creation Association
The Certified NPO Art and Play Creation Association aims to create a society where people of all ages, from children to adults, can live richly through "art" and "play."
In addition to operating the Tokyo Toy Museum, they train "Toy Consultants" and conduct child-rearing support activities utilizing toys nationwide.
The "Toy Plaza" held nationwide by the association is a child-rearing support activity hosted by "Toy Consultants," who are experts in toys and play, allowing parents and children to play and interact with peace of mind.
It is also held at mother-child welfare facilities, supporting parent-child communication and the emotional growth of children.
The Art and Play Creation Association continues its activities with the philosophy that "toys are communication tools," aiming for a society where all children can play and grow with smiles, regardless of their environment.
About the "Let's Make Everyone Smile with Toys!" Project
Ed.Inter plans and develops educational toys using natural materials, valuing the handmade process.
On the other hand, in the manufacturing process, products that are difficult to sell may arise due to minor scratches or slight paint defects, even if there are no problems with safety or functionality.
The "Let's Make Everyone Smile with Toys!" project is an initiative to donate such toys to preschools, children's homes, hospitals, and other institutions for use in play that fosters children's growth, rather than discarding them.
It delivers smiles to children through toys, while also reducing industrial waste and CO2 emissions associated with disposal.
About the Donated Toys
Wooden pretend play toys and sets from Ed.Inter's educational toy brand "GENI"
The toys donated this time include wooden pretend play toys and sets such as "Forest Island Kitchen" and "First Little Chef." Pretend play toys from Ed.Inter's educational toy brand "GENI" are wooden educational toys planned and developed based on knowledge gained through joint development with preschools.
Pretend play and role-playing not only provide a sense of accomplishment like "I cut it well!" while playing enjoyably, but also naturally foster vocabulary, expressive power, and empathy through conversation.
We hope that parents and children will enjoy fun-filled times of learning through play together.

Future Outlook
Ed.Inter will continue to collaborate with preschools, children's homes, hospitals, and other institutions that support the "Let's Make Everyone Smile with Toys!" project to deliver educational toys to more children.
Furthermore, we will consider activities that go beyond toy donations to support the development of knowledge and enable children, who will be the next generation, to thrive in society in their own way with peace of mind.
With the VISION of "Creating a future full of smiles with children around the world through educational toys," we will nurture children's smiles and growth through educational toys and contribute to the realization of a society full of smiles for the children who will carry the future.
