X-Lab Inc. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; CEO: Katsuhide Fuji; hereinafter “the company”), a provider of results-driven marketing support, announced on June 15, 2026, an update to its marketing webinar hosting tool, WebinarBase.
This update introduces new features including a “step email delivery function” for users after webinar participation, and a “cross-display function” that enables cross-navigation from the registration completion page to other seminars or product introduction pages. These enhancements significantly strengthen post-webinar follow-up and user journey design at the moment when customer engagement is highest. Additionally, the management interface has undergone detailed UI/UX refinements to further reduce operational burden for webinar hosts.
About WebinarBase – One-Stop Webinar Management
Hosting webinars involves numerous tasks such as landing page (LP) creation, registration management, reminders, survey collection, and follow-ups. WebinarBase centralizes these complex operations, significantly reducing administrative workload while maximizing campaign effectiveness. By eliminating the need to juggle multiple external tools, it simultaneously achieves cost reduction and prevention of human error. Key features include: (1) 24/7 “Auto-Webinar” functionality to capture customer interest at any time; (2) automatic viewing log analysis to visualize “customer interests”; and (3) high seminar attendance rates enabled by allowing customers to attend at their convenience via Auto-Webinar.
Moreover, WebinarBase goes beyond mere tool provision. It also offers a “Comprehensive Webinar Operation Service” that supports clients from planning to actual results generation. For clients facing challenges such as “not knowing where to start” or “failing to achieve results after implementation,” X-Lab provides a three-month hands-on support program based on proprietary know-how. By combining this with operational outsourcing, the goal is to establish a “reproducible lead generation success pattern.”

Key Update Highlights
① Step Email Delivery Based on Post-Webinar Engagement
Previously limited to registration timing, step email delivery now includes a new trigger: “after webinar participation.” This enables automated delivery of the next steps—such as invitations to individual consultations or product information emails—at the optimal moment right after users have watched the webinar, maximizing follow-up effectiveness.
② Addition of Cross-Display Function on Registration Completion Page
On the seminar or product registration completion page, users can now be shown not only other seminars but also related “product and service landing pages (LPs).” With main visuals, this visual cross-promotion keeps user interest flowing and smoothly guides them toward multiple conversions.
③ Relative Timeframe Setting for “Missed Viewing” in Auto-Webinar
For missed viewing access after an Auto-Webinar ends, the system previously used fixed date settings (e.g., “available until MM/DD”). Now, it supports relative timeframes such as “available for X days from user participation.” This ensures a fair and optimized viewing and consideration period for all users, regardless of when they registered.
Additional Usability and UI/UX Improvements
The management interface has been refined in detail for improved usability.
Direct LP Editing from Seminar List
Editing the LP of a published seminar, which previously required multiple clicks, can now be done with a single click directly from the seminar list, reducing editing friction.
Color Selection History Retention
During LP creation, the system now retains a history of previously used colors. This eliminates the need to repeatedly re-enter corporate or brand colors.
Animated CTA Button Support
Hosts can now use animated CTA buttons (e.g., for registration or material requests) directly from the management interface. Even without technical expertise, users can create visually prominent buttons that effectively drive action.
Future Outlook
WebinarBase continues to reduce the operational workload for hosts—from marketing preparation to event execution—from 27 hours to just 1 hour (based on internal research).
With this update, X-Lab has transitioned its development model to full in-house production. This enables faster and more comprehensive integration of user feedback and fine UI/UX improvements into the product.
Moving forward, X-Lab aims to further advance “Seminar DX®,” delivering an “overwhelmingly user-friendly” experience that enables hosts to set up once and automatically cycle through lead generation, sales, and follow-up—all with minimal human resources.
