■ About "WISE Alert," an Outlook Add-in for Misdelivery Prevention
WISE Alert is an Outlook add-in that effectively prevents email misdelivery by allowing users to instantly check information such as sender, recipients, and attachments on a pop-up screen displayed during sending. In addition to misdelivery prevention, it also features a link sharing function that is effective for "de-PPAP" (avoiding password-protected zip files) by linking with Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Box, as well as a Receiving Alert function that alerts users to phishing emails and business email compromise. It is easy to implement as it does not require a dedicated server, and administrators can achieve unified operation through policy settings. It is widely adopted by a range of users, from large corporations such as Hitachi, Ltd., PERSOL TEMPSTAFF CO., LTD., and Maxell Corporation, to small-scale users.
Recently, we have further expanded the concept of email misdelivery prevention by adding an "AI Check Function" that performs risk assessment on the content of outgoing emails.
