Bunkyo Ward has a system similar to after-school care called "Ikuseishitsu" (Development Room), but the main target is children up to the 3rd grade. For children in the 4th grade and above, securing a learning environment after school and during long vacations tends to be a challenge.

Also, regarding studying at home, there are many concerns during times when parents are absent, such as:
- Difficulty maintaining concentration
- Difficulty proceeding with studies in a planned manner

To address this situation, Jena Academy has decided to start a study room that provides a quiet and calm environment for studying, along with a system where students can immediately ask questions when necessary.
By providing an environment where students can study continuously with peace of mind, we will support the learning of each and every child.

Staff members are always present in the study room, and they regularly patrol to check the learning status of each student. They check points such as "what are they doing" and "are they proceeding as planned," and offer verbal encouragement as needed. Because we have prepared a support system to ensure the quality of learning, rather than just "watching over," students can engage in studying with a certain level of tension and sense of purpose even during independent study.

This study room can be used in combination with one-on-one tutoring.
Because students can ask instructors questions about doubts or stumbling blocks that arise during study on the spot and resolve them, it prevents the inefficiency of "proceeding without understanding."
