Keisuke Oyama
Pâtissier / Producer

After specializing in Japanese and Western confectionery at a culinary school, he began his career at Pâtisserie HIDEMI SUGINO. He gained experience in restaurant desserts and then moved to France. Upon returning to Japan, he was in charge of desserts at multiple establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants, and honed his skills as a chef patissier.

In July 2020, he opened Pâtisserie ease in Nihonbashi Kabutocho. In September of the same year, he opened repos by Pâtisserie ease in Shinjuku Isetan. In 2021, he opened the chocolate & ice cream shop teal. In 2022, he opened the multi-purpose facility BANK in Nihonbashi Kabutocho. In 2024, he opened Brick bake bakers by Pâtisserie ease at Gransta inside Tokyo Station. Currently, he is widely active in store management, domestic and international consulting, product development, and workshops.
