Saga-based 'HI-ZEN TECH SCHOOL' Opens to Help Individuals Create 'Who They Are'

EWM Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Saga City, Saga Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenichiro Tomonou) is launching 'HI-ZEN TECH SCHOOL,' a Saga-based school focused on helping individuals create their own identity.

Alongside the opening, enrollment has begun for the first cohort of the 'Personal Brand Course.'

Background

HI-ZEN TECH SCHOOL is a practical technology school based on the concept of 'a school that increases choices through technology.'

In a survey regarding autonomous and proactive career development conducted by Recruit Management Solutions, those who feel they have not proactively formed their careers were twice as likely as those who have to report: 'I don't know what I want to do' (44.8% vs. 21.8%), 'I don't know what choices I have' (37.1% vs. 17.2%), and 'I don't know what to do concretely' (30.3% vs. 17.5%).

To date, EWM Factory has worked to solve issues for regional enterprises and local governments through web production, system development, DX support, live streaming, drone utilization, and regional revitalization projects. Course Overview

Program 1: 'Personal Brand Course'

For the inaugural program, we are launching the 'Personal Brand Course' for professionals in their 30s. This course is for those who are unsure of their strengths, don't know what to learn, feel anxious about staying in their current jobs, or want to master new AI-driven work styles. The program combines self-understanding and practical skill acquisition while utilizing AI.

During the course, students will work toward obtaining the Category II Unmanned Aircraft Pilot license (national drone license) while learning AI application, photo/video production, design, and content dissemination. As noted in the background, a lack of clarity about choices is common. We believe this stems from a 'gap in self-understanding' regarding one's own potential. By the end, students will build their own 'Personal AI Assistant' reflecting their strengths and values, helping them define 'who they are' and generate new value in their workplace and community.
