2. About 'Child Support Guarantee'
"Child Support Guarantee," which Kakogawa City will utilize, is a product scheme for local governments where Intrust individually concludes guarantee agreements with single-parent households residing in Kakogawa City. The local government will bear the guarantee fee for the first year and manage the 안내 (guidance) and application reception for eligible individuals.
In the event of a delay in child support payments, Intrust will directly advance the child support to the recipient and undertake collection activities with the payer. Uncollected advanced payments will be claimed as insurance from Tokio Marine & Nichido (Tokio Marine & Nichido will pay a certain percentage of the damages incurred by Intrust as insurance).
