INDEE Japan has announced a specialized half-day training session titled 'Technology Commercialization in Half a Day,' targeted at R&D and business development professionals. The program utilizes the 'Jobs to Be Done' theory to help participants translate technical specifications into customer value and viable business models. It aims to overcome common obstacles such as stagnant projects and management's hesitation toward investment. The workshop includes lectures and hands-on exercises, scheduled for June 17 and August 19 in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo for a fee of 20,000 JPY.
