Notice of Company Name Change

English Company Inc. (Head office: Kanda Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kou Takahashi) announced today, April 28, 2026, that it has changed its company name from Study Hacker Inc. to 'English Company Inc.' Concurrently, a new corporate logo has been established.

Regarding the Company Name Change
As of today, our company has joined the group of PROGRIT Inc. (Head office: Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Shogo Okada; Securities code: 9560). Accordingly, we will change our company name to 'English Company Inc.'

As a member of the PROGRIT Group, we will combine the scientific knowledge and know-how in coaching and school management, product development, marketing, and learning data cultivated by both companies. Furthermore, we will leverage approximately 260 instructors, making it one of the largest coaching teams in Japan, to maximize the value provided to English learners.

Regarding Our Services
Our services, 'ENGLISH COMPANY,' 'STRAIL,' 'ENGLISH COMPANY for biz (English training for corporations),' 'ENGLISH COMPANY University Exam Department,' and 'Shadoplus,' will continue to be provided without any changes in content after the company name change.

Regarding the New Logo
In conjunction with the company name change, we have established a new corporate logo. A diagonal cut is incorporated into part of the characters, expressing the will to move forward like an arrow. The entire lettering is finished powerfully, representing an unwavering attitude towards achieving results. With this new logo, which embodies both unchanging essence and the will to progress, we will further evolve the philosophy and values we have built so far.

As of April 28, 2026, a new management structure has been established as follows:
