## Reason for Holding in Tokushima Prefecture
This will be the Company's first IR seminar for individual investors in Tokushima Prefecture.
According to the results of the "NISA (Nippon Individual Savings Account) Account Usage Survey" conducted by the Financial Services Agency, the total number of NISA accounts in Tokushima Prefecture across all age groups was 153,468 (as of end of June 2025), ranking 40th out of 47 prefectures.

However, when the web media "Finasee" calculated the NISA account opening rate per eligible age population based on the total population by age and prefecture (published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as of October 2024), Tokushima Prefecture's NISA account opening rate was 26.1%, ranking 9th out of 47 prefectures.
