(Headquarters: Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masumi Makino; hereinafter 'Immersive') announced that Kajima Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) has introduced the next-generation video system 'Immersive Engine' and high-contrast projection technology 'Immersive Magic Wall (Domestic Certified Version)' at the 'KZ Gallery' within the 'Kajima Technical Center' (Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama), a practical training facility operated by Kajima.

A next-generation talent development platform has been created by constructing an overwhelming immersive space on three wall surfaces, each 3 meters high, with the front wall 12 meters wide and the side walls 4 meters wide, aimed at enhancing the quality of employee training and recruitment activities.

The Kajima Technical Center is a practical training facility established to improve the quality control skills of young to mid-career employees within the Kajima Group. The facility's 'KZ Gallery' is used for employee training, recruitment activities, and external events. However, traditional presentations using a single screen had limitations in terms of information density and the sense of immersion.

The company aimed to evolve traditional methods from merely 'transmitting information' to 'sharing experiences' that leave a deep impression on the minds of young talent.

Immersive’s system was introduced to create a new talent development environment that nurtures professional awareness among employees during training and ownership among students during recruitment.

'Immersive Engine' is a system that allows users to link multiple projectors and freely control video projection and lighting across the entire space using a single tablet.

In the KZ Gallery, presets have been implemented to control the entire space with one touch, depending on the scene. It is designed for intuitive operation even by those without specialized knowledge, supporting daily operations.

Furthermore, it is possible to connect up to five PCs simultaneously and display each screen on the three wall surfaces. This realizes an environment that allows for seamless switching and sharing, from immersive video experiences to group discussions comparing multiple data points in a single space.

This activates communication among participants and fosters a sense of unity as a team, contributing to cultivating professional awareness among young employees.
