Hase Tora Spinning Co., Ltd., a Gifu-based company established in 1887 that delivers innovative textile materials to the world; Innoqua Inc., which promotes the 'visualization' and 'valuation' of nature using its 'Environmental Transfer Technology®'; and aiESG Inc., a Kyushu University-originated startup providing AI-driven ESG and social impact assessment services, have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement to build a 'Nature Positive regional economic model' where local natural environments and economic activities are deeply intertwined and enhance each other's value.

Under this agreement, the three companies will use Hase Tora Spinning's Hirakata Factory in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture, and its surrounding watershed as a field to multi-dimensionally clarify the impact of industry on nature. By combining biological impact surveys at the molecular level and regular monitoring of local nature with the quantification of public psychological acceptance and environmental awareness activities for local residents, they will launch the construction of a new framework to convert 'subjective concerns' into 'objective trust,' leading to sustainable consensus-building with the local community based on scientific evidence.

In this collaboration, the companies will integrate practical field knowledge, biological objectivity, and social scientific reliability to conduct multi-dimensional verification.

Based on the expertise of the Managi Laboratory at Kyushu University, aiESG will quantify the thoughts and acceptance of local residents and consumers toward nature.
