Notice of Marubeni Corporation's Full Subsidiary Acquisition and Change of Representative Director

IOSIS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Naoki Nakamoto, hereinafter "IOSIS") announces that, effective July 1, 2026, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Executive Officer and President: Masayuki Ohmoto, hereinafter "Marubeni"). Furthermore, as a change in representative director, Koju Kure will newly assume the position of Representative Director and President.

IOSIS was founded in 1996, and in this milestone year as it approaches its 30th anniversary, we have agreed to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marubeni with the aim of further strengthening our management system. Concurrently, founder Nakamoto will step down, and Koju Kure will newly assume the position of Representative Director.

IOSIS has cherished creating an environment where customers can easily and enjoyably choose IT equipment, under its approachable slogan, "Quite Cheap."

Under the purpose of "Making reuse more interesting with a playful spirit," we have been committed to captivating many customers as fans with our unique services that add an element of entertainment, going beyond mere efficient buying and selling.
