Rediscover the Charm of Tokyo with a New Course Again This Year!
This event is an urban walking event with the theme '#Walking is an Adventure,' marking its 3rd anniversary this year.
For the categories, in addition to the '42.195km Walk', which covers the same distance as a full marathon, and the '21.0975km Walk', the same distance as a half marathon, we have newly established a '12km Walk'.
We aim to provide a special experience that transforms the act of 'walking' into an 'adventure' to challenge oneself and rediscover the charm of Tokyo. At the 2nd event held in 2025, about 2,000 walkers gathered, and approximately 90% of the participants answered they were 'satisfied'.
Like last year, the start will be at Shibuya Scramble Square, which features 'SHIBUYA SKY', an observation facility 229m above Shibuya, and the finish has been set at 'KIRANAH GARDEN Toyosu'. The course touring famous spots in the city has also been partially renewed so that further charms can be found. We have newly incorporated areas full of history and atmosphere, not just trends, starting with Daikanyama (details of the course will be published sequentially on the official website at a later date).
Also, while the course is fixed, as long as you pass through the aid stations along the way, other detours are free, so a feature is that you can stop by spots near the course and enjoy Tokyo sightseeing, such as eating around.
After finishing, food and drinks, as well as a care booth to soothe your tiredness, will be prepared at the after-party. We offer a time to look back while immersing in the afterglow of a day's 'adventure'.

This time, in addition to the 42.195km walk and 21.0975km walk, we have newly established a 12km walk with the desire for more people to experience the joy of walking. It is a distance setting that is easy to challenge for everyone from adults to children, regardless of their daily exercise habits.
