Art Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture), which operates multiple fully-private rental accommodations in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, such as a 'traditional Japanese house accommodation a 4-minute walk from Dogo Onsen' and a 'private detached house with karaoke and darts,' will begin accepting applications from June 10, 2026, for partner companies and creators to jointly conduct product sampling and experience programs for its lodging guests through an 'Experiential Collaboration Project.'

Leveraging the strengths of our facilities, which are frequently used by large groups of up to 9-14 people and inbound travelers (foreign visitors to Japan), we aim to create opportunities for companies to reach new customer segments and promote the charm of Ehime and Shikoku.

The four rental accommodation facilities currently in operation have received high praise from a diverse range of guests, each featuring a unified space, the ambiance of a traditional Japanese house, and comprehensive entertainment facilities such as 'Nintendo Switch2,' 'karaoke,' and 'darts.' We are seeking partners to utilize these private spaces, which are frequently used as bases for long-term stays by families and for inbound travelers, as 'experience venues (showrooms)' for attractive local products and services.

■ Examples of Assumed Collaborations

We welcome collaborations regardless of industry or scale. While the following are examples of anticipated collaborations, flexible ideas are also welcome.

1. PR through Product Sampling and In-Room Placement

Local specialty sweets and beverages, original amenities, beauty appliances, traditional crafts, etc., will be placed in guest rooms. Guests (especially inbound and family travelers) can experience and sample these products at their leisure, serving as a venue for brand awareness expansion and survey collection.

2. Provision of Experiential Workshops and On-site Services within the Accommodations

We are seeking partners to offer programs that leverage the private space unique to rental accommodations, such as meals using Ehime ingredients prepared by visiting chefs, Japanese cultural experiences like kimono dressing and tea ceremony, and relaxation services combined with equipment like foot massagers.

3. Tie-ups with Influencers and Video Creators

We are also recruiting for collaborations where SNS influencers and YouTubers who disseminate tourism information about Ehime and Shikoku will stay at our facilities and promote the charm of the accommodations and nearby tourist spots, along with their experiences enjoying karaoke and games.
