Amada Press System Co., Ltd. (Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Koji Yamamoto), a member of the Amada Group, will participate in "INTERMOLD Nagoya," held from May 20 (Wednesday) to 22 (Friday), 2026, at Port Messe Nagoya. Under the theme "SHAPE GLOBAL FUTURE: The Evolution of Presses Weaving the Future of Manufacturing," this exhibition will propose the latest digitalization and automation solutions to address the recent shortage of laborers and skilled workers. The company will showcase its progressive press processing automation system, "SDEW-8010iⅢ GORIKI + ALFAS-03KR," which improves operability and productivity by integrating the operation and control screens of the servo press and peripheral equipment such as the level feeder. Samples of non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum will be displayed, and a demonstration of copper busbar processing will be conducted. The "SDEW-8010iⅢ GORIKI" is a high-rigidity digital electric servo press with a servo motor drive, double crank specifications, and an 800kN pressing capacity. By adopting an 8-face gib guide structure for the slide, it enhances resistance to eccentric loads in both front-rear and left-right directions. This allows it to meet a wide range of processing needs, such as manufacturing EV electrical components, which often involve asymmetric parts. Furthermore, the NC level feeder "ALFAS-03KR" is equipped with an ECO & SILENT release mechanism, significantly reducing air consumption. The adoption of a level upper/lower opening mechanism, which excels in maintainability, also greatly improves ease of maintenance.
