"Kamado-yaki NIKUYOROZU" will offer a special summer course, "Kamado-yaki NIKUYOROZU," for a limited time from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Sunday, September 13, 2026. This course extensively uses ingredients that are in season during the summer, such as white peaches, corn, tilefish, and Naoshichi. To maximize the sweetness, aroma, and freshness of each ingredient, dishes will be served at their optimal temperature.

The course is structured to allow guests to appreciate the changing aromas, flavors, and textures as the temperature of each dish shifts. In the middle of the course, we will serve a cold noodle dish using "Naoshichi," a rare citrus fruit that has been cherished in Kochi Prefecture for a long time.
