Have you ever felt that no matter how many business books you read or seminars you attend, you just can't grasp the 'realities' of starting a business?

The expressions on entrepreneurs' faces during negotiations, the criteria they use to make instant decisions, how they interact with employees – these 'live scenes' exist only outside the classroom.

This program takes you right next to the entrepreneur you admire. For 5 days, you will watch, listen, ask, and think. This experience will be deeper than any internship, and will sharply raise your 'resolution as an entrepreneur'.

Program Features

① 1-on-1, full 5-day immersion with an entrepreneur

This is not a group tour or a short lecture. You will accompany the entrepreneur exclusively to decision-making scenes. From business meetings and internal conferences to interviews with employees – you will experience the entire behind-the-scenes of management.

② Bounce your business idea off a seasoned entrepreneur

You can directly challenge the issues you are currently facing (first customer acquisition, gathering team members, defining business core, etc.) to entrepreneurs who have actually overcome them. The secretariat will match you with the most suitable entrepreneur for your theme.

③ Not just 5 days – a lifetime mentor relationship

The relationship continues even after the immersion ends. The entrepreneur you meet through the program becomes a mentor who watches over your challenges. You will gain a strong companion for the long journey of entrepreneurship.
