The theme of this assignment is animation. While both illustration and animation are forms of expression using pictures, there is a major difference: animation has a flow of "time," and "movement" itself is the protagonist of the work. Therefore, it is important to observe things from a slightly different perspective than in illustration. How do people and things move? Which timing captures the feeling of weight and speed? By observing with an awareness of movement, you can significantly broaden your understanding of motifs. Such observations also lead to improvements in the persuasiveness of poses, compositions, and character expressions in everyday illustrations. Through this curriculum, I hope students will not only learn the technical aspects of animation but also expand their creative repertoire, broaden their range of expression, and enjoy the process. #### ■ About the Supervisor Wadachi Mainly involved in TV animation production at an animation studio.
