(Representative Director: Takeo Morisaki) for the OEM provision of the latest AI technology "Genie AI engine" series.

CustIntCo Pte Ltd (hereinafter "CC") of Singapore, the developer of this technology, will participate as a technology development partner in this initiative, and the business will be promoted through collaboration among the three companies.

In addition, leveraging the technology provided through this partnership, the three companies will collaborate to address the social issue of "productivity loss during work hours (presenteeism)" caused by working while feeling unwell, and will launch "NAGI" (hereinafter "NAGI"), which utilizes InsightGenie for daily health management by measuring autonomic nervous system activity.

It is reported that 68% of Japanese workers experience strong stress (※Source: Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare "2024 Survey on Work-site Health and Safety"). Productivity decline due to working while feeling unwell, known as "presenteeism," is gaining attention as a more serious problem than leave of absence or absenteeism. The economic loss is estimated to be approximately 7.3 trillion yen annually (approximately 700,000 yen per employee) (※Source: Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (2025)).

Traditional annual subjective stress checks have failed to capture employees' bias of "not wanting to be a burden" or unconscious fatigue, making early detection of presenteeism difficult. About "NAGI": Access from your browser, visualize autonomic nervous system activity in just 30 seconds

"NAGI" is a next-generation wellness product that does not require the installation of a dedicated app. It can be accessed from a smartphone or PC browser, and by simply pointing your face at the camera for 30 seconds, it measures heart rate variability (HRV) using non-contact vital measurement technology (rPPG technology) and scores the state of the autonomic nervous system with high accuracy through AI analysis.

It visualizes objective data of symptoms that are difficult for individuals to recognize themselves and signs of excessive mental and physical tension, allowing employees to take immediate countermeasures. Furthermore, by improving autonomic nervous system activity, higher performance can be achieved in work. For managers and HR departments, it provides a heatmap that allows real-time monitoring of each individual's autonomic nervous system activity by department, enabling early detection of organizational burnout risk and proactive care.

Through OEM provision to Konpeki, it will provide technical and sales support such as introduction, operation support, and sales development for NAGI.

CustIntCo Pte Ltd (Technology Development Partner): As Accrete's international technology development partner, it provides core AI technology (rPPG technology implementation and algorithm development), supporting high predictive accuracy from a technical standpoint.

Konpeki Inc. (Product Owner): Leveraging its deep expertise in health management and wellness, it will lead the scoring design of NAGI and the behavioral change design for users to "measure -> realize -> change."
