Background of This Partnership

The introduction of generative AI into practical business operations is rapidly expanding its reach, from the initial stages by some large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises, local communities, and even physical spaces such as store operations and devices. On the other hand, to achieve results with AI in such diverse environments, it is essential to simultaneously possess cutting-edge AI implementation capabilities and the ability to deeply engage with on-site operations and productize solutions.

This partnership will combine Akatsuki AI Technologies' "advanced AI implementation capabilities and expertise in building data infrastructure," along with the "extensive customer base in the entertainment and marketing domains" cultivated by its parent company, Akatsuki Inc., with Wello's strengths in "on-site-driven DX and AI solutions with a deep understanding of marketing technology," "development and operational capabilities for vertical SaaS," and "implementation capabilities for physical AI and IoT devices."
