AiTRIGGER Inc. announces the expansion of its Marketing AX support service, 'AXer (Accelerator),' into the domain of talent management, commencing external provision of a system for skill assessment and workload management starting June 2026. This launch follows approximately two months of internal trial implementation.
Addressing Diversified Workstyles
In marketing operations, personnel-related information is surprisingly fragmented. Details about who possesses which skills are scattered across managers’ memories and disparate documents. After assigning team members to projects, there is no way to track how much time is actually spent on specific tasks except by waiting for individual confirmations or reports.
This challenge intensifies in teams where members work under diverse arrangements such as freelancers or contract workers. Managers must rely on personal judgment to track team members with different employment types and working hours. As a result, resource allocation decisions often become dependent on individual managers, leading to inconsistent and subjective decision-making.
From a management perspective, the issue is even more critical. While human resources represent one of the largest investments for most companies, there is often no objective data to evaluate whether these resources are being allocated effectively. Decisions about hiring or reassigning staff are frequently made based on subjective impressions rather than solid evidence. This new system was developed specifically to resolve these structural challenges.
Transforming Not Only Marketing Execution, But Also 'People Management' Operations
AXer's scope extends beyond practical marketing tasks such as advertising operations, CRM, and creative production. It also targets the redesign of 'talent management operations' themselves—specifically, the processes used to track who has which skills and how much time individuals spend on various tasks.
Based on this philosophy, AiTRIGGER has expanded AXer’s service domain into talent management. After refining the system through approximately two months of internal use on real projects, the company has now begun accepting external clients.

Changes for Both Employees and Management
For Employees: Unified Registration and Input Enable Focus on Core Work
Skills, experience, and portfolios are centralized as registration data. After project assignment, team members simply input and submit when, on which tasks, and for how many hours they worked—completing their reporting process and allowing them to focus fully on their core responsibilities.
For Management: Visibility Based on Data, Not Intuition
Managers can view the skill sets of all registered members at a glance. They can see, at customizable granularities such as weekly or monthly intervals, exactly who spent how much time on which tasks per project. This visibility extends to identifying gaps between contracted and actual working hours, and assessing project-level profitability (ROI), providing data-driven insights for resource allocation decisions.
The management framework—including task categories, workload units, and project structures—is not fixed. While aligned with marketing-specific units such as advertising operations, content creation, and analytics, the system can be freely customized to match each company’s actual management practices. Rather than forcing workflows into predefined tool categories, the system adapts its structure to fit the client’s business processes.
※ This system is implemented as part of the resources (people, tools, and expertise) offered by AXer. It is not available as a standalone SaaS product.
Not a Finished Tool, But a System Customized to Each Company’s Management Style
Definitions of skills, units of workload, and management approaches vary significantly across organizations. Therefore, this system is not delivered as a pre-packaged solution. Instead, it is designed from the ground up based on each company’s unique challenges and management structure.
Going forward, AiTRIGGER plans to expand AI-powered functionalities, including aggregated analysis of accumulated workload data, ROI calculations, and AI-suggested candidate assignments based on skill sets—extending support from data visibility to decision-making. By integrating marketing execution support with talent management under a unified framework, organizations will be able to simultaneously evaluate campaign performance and team dynamics. AiTRIGGER welcomes inquiries at any stage of marketing-related problem-solving.
