(Location: Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, CEO: Hiroyuki Okumura) will pre-open 'THE Ritomaru Residence Akama Fukuoka' in Akama, Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture on Thursday, April 23, 2026, as the third installment of its 'THE Ritomaru' accommodation series. This facility follows the brand's 'Kaze no Oyado' in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, and 'Mizu no Oyado' in Minamiaso Village, Kumamoto Prefecture. It is the first accommodation facility in Fukuoka Prefecture to renovate an old Showa-era house in a Japandi style that transcends the boundaries of Japanese and Western styles, equipped with both a tea room and a bar counter. It is an immersive, whole-house rental accommodation where guests can seamlessly experience the 'daily life' of a residential area and the 'culture' inside the inn.

Taking advantage of the calm environment of a residential area, it is fully equipped with functions ideal for long-term use, such as monthly stays where you live as you stay. Furthermore, its tranquil space can also be utilized as a 'rental space' that fosters diverse cultural experiences, such as tea ceremonies, kimono dressing, cooking classes, workshops, and indoor events.
