Megbuki Financial Group Announces Results of Employee-Participatory Generative AI Prompt Contest

The Joyo Bank (President: Tetsuya Akino) and Ashikaga Bank (President: Kazuyuki Shimizu) of Megbuki Financial Group have jointly held a "Generative AI Prompt Contest" for employees of both banks, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and enhancing employee digital skills across the group. This contest was conducted to accelerate operational efficiency by promoting the company-wide utilization of digital technologies and data, as well as to generate business improvement ideas that transcend departmental boundaries. Megbuki Financial Group will continue to promote voluntary DX initiatives by each employee through the use of digital technologies, including Generative AI, thereby contributing to improved management efficiency and the sustainable growth of the local community. Overview of the Prompt Contest Content Solicited: "Prompts" applicable to business and "intended usage scenarios" Target Audience: All employees of Joyo Bank and Ashikaga Bank (sales branches, headquarters, etc.) Purpose of the Event: - Promoting Generative AI utilization and accelerating operational efficiency across the group - Raising the level of digital literacy and AI utilization skills - Creating business improvement ideas across departments Event Period: February - March 2026 Number of Submissions: 182 submissions (80 people) Judging Method & Results Announcement: [1st Screening] Automatic evaluation using a test prompt (see separate document) [2nd Screening] DX departments of both banks will evaluate based on practicality, creativity, etc. Results of the 2nd screening will be decided after approval by management, and announced in March. 2. Future Developments: Prompts awarded in this contest are being considered for use as "prompt templates" that all employees can easily utilize.
