Author of "Textbook on Human Capital Management and Disclosure Practices" and several other books. After graduating from Nagoya University Faculty of Law, he worked at Recruit Co., Ltd., engaging in public relations, organizational HR consulting, and later in management administration, including media planning, legal affairs, auditing, and IT management.
