Mirai Works Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Shoji Okamoto; hereinafter 'the Company') is pleased to announce the launch of a new service, 'Integrated Thinking Design Analysis' (hereinafter 'this Service'), which visualizes challenges in information disclosure faced by corporate websites and supports value improvement.

Overview of 'Integrated Thinking Design Analysis' Service

This Service is an analysis menu that evaluates and quantifies how corporate websites are 'assessed' by investors, job seekers, and increasingly prevalent generative AI, across five axes.

[Integrated Thinking Design Analysis Evaluation Axes]

Axis 1: Vision and Strategy for Value Creation

Axis 2: Governance and Management Foundation

Axis 3: Sustainability Practices

Axis 4: Stakeholder Engagement

Axis 5: Site Structure and User Experience

For the above evaluations, ESG consultants, who are experts in information disclosure, and communication designers, who are experts in branding, conduct heuristic analysis (*1) and produce reports scored out of 100 points each, for a total of 200 points. This also allows for comparison with competitors based on the same analysis.

*What is Integrated Thinking Design?
A communication design method that, starting from purpose, organically links non-financial and financial information across the entire corporate website to convey 'corporate uniqueness,' 'social value,' and 'future roadmap' to both stakeholders and generative AI. It is an approach aimed at maximizing engagement by enhancing the clarity of the value creation story.

Background

Against the backdrop of strengthened information disclosure standards for listed companies (*2), sustainability has shifted its position from CSR activities to a medium- to long-term management strategy, and integrated disclosure standards for non-financial and financial information are being strengthened both domestically and internationally. Currently, companies are required not only to comprehensively disclose information but also to accurately convey the direction of their activities (commitment) and their impact on society, thereby gaining the empathy of stakeholders.

However, current information disclosure on corporate websites faces the challenge that 'awareness of the value creation story among stakeholders does not spread.' We developed this Service as an enhanced menu to address this issue, which became apparent through our support via the 'Sustainability Management Support Service (https://mirai-works.co.jp/sustainability/)'.

This Service quantitatively evaluates the current state of corporate websites from both information disclosure standards and branding perspectives, visualizing challenges and countermeasures. Furthermore, by leveraging our registered professional talent pool of over 95,000 individuals, we will provide optimal comprehensive support tailored to each company's phase, from strategy formulation to website improvement, contributing to the maximization of corporate stakeholder engagement.
