Kokorono Company, Inc. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuhiro Migaki; formerly Trinity Technology Inc., hereinafter "the Company") has entered into a business alliance agreement with Benesse Senior Support Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Daisuke Hayashi) on April 1, 2026. The Company will provide its "Ohisapo" service, which includes guardianship, identity guarantees, and asset management, to customers utilizing Benesse Senior Support's nursing home referral service.

In Japan, the number of single elderly individuals is increasing due to the aging population and rising unmarried rates.

As of 2021, the number of elderly households consisting of single individuals or only couples exceeded 15 million, of which approximately 17.2%, or 2.7 million households, were elderly households without children. The challenges faced by single elderly individuals cannot be overlooked.

"Ohisapo" was created to solve the problem of asset freezing due to dementia for those who do not have children, or who have children but do not wish to burden them.

"Ohisapo" not only solves the problem of asset freezing for the elderly but also comprehensively addresses challenges in areas such as:

These seven services—guardianship, administrative support, identity guarantee, asset management, voluntary guardianship, living will declaration, and post-mortem administrative support—are combined according to the customer's living situation to realize a safe and secure life.

Furthermore, in asset management, to prevent any potential misconduct regarding the management of entrusted funds, separate management is conducted through trust accounts at trust banks or trust companies.
