It is a space where the otherworldly atmosphere of a cave perfectly fuses with cutting-edge architecture, allowing guests to enjoy conversation over fine liquor. At the foot of the lush green hills where THE SHINRA stands, opening the small door attached to the rock surface reveals the completely extraordinary space of THE BAR. Spend an unforgettable night in a cave wrapped in mystical light and sound, savoring wines and original cocktails made with local products from Tateyama. At 'THE BAR 23.46,' local carpenters have recreated the hand-carved texture of the cave using masterful techniques. Carefully calculated lighting creates a one-of-a-kind, sophisticated space. The 4-meter long counter is made of a single rare 'Kaya' (Japanese nutmeg) board, finished with resin for a vibrant appearance. A master bartender and sommelier are on staff.
