Oshin Drone School Saitama Campus Opens Through Public-Private Partnership with Ogano Town

Oshin Dream Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hanako Sato), in partnership with Ogano Town in Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture, will hold an opening ceremony for the 'Oshin Drone School Saitama Campus' on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 13:00. On the same day, a drone flight experience session for local residents (free of charge, no registration required) will also be held.

## Background of the Opening

Since opening its Tokyo campus (Izu Oshima) in June 2023, Oshin Dream has upheld its corporate philosophy of 'nation-building is about people-building,' achieving over 500 cumulative students and a 90% pass rate. The company has expanded its nature-rooted experiential drone education nationwide with the opening of the Hamamatsu campus in February 2024 and the Kanagawa Mibyo Valley BIOTOPIA campus in April 2026. It is also dedicated to creating new value by combining advanced technology with regional charm through projects like indoor drone shows and residential education programs.

Against this backdrop, Oshin Dream signed a 'Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on Next-Generation Education and Regional Revitalization' with Ogano Town, Saitama Prefecture, on March 25, 2026. As its slogan 'Beyond the terminal, to the hidden paradise of Chichibu' suggests, Ogano is blessed with majestic nature, including Mt. Ryokami, and unique cultural resources such as Setsubun-so (Eranthis pinnatifida) flowers, Kagura, and Kabuki. With recent active moves in the Chichibu region to utilize drone technology, Ogano Town has shown a proactive stance in connecting cutting-edge technology to the town's future. Under this agreement, the parties will engage in a wide range of public-private collaborations, including drone education and talent development, entertainment projects like indoor drone shows, and tourism promotion through experiential programs.

The Saitama campus is the first step in this partnership. With convenient access—just 77 minutes by express train from Ikebukuro—and a residential style featuring hot springs and local ingredients, the school welcomes everyone interested in learning drones.
