Studied sculpture and integrated materials at Osaka University of Arts.
After graduation, worked in interior design and manufacturing industries, gaining experience in human-space interaction and diverse materials.
Building on these experiences, he now creates three-dimensional works primarily using transparent acrylic, exploring the relationship between people and objects.
The "New ore" series, begun around 2023, consists of works that attempt to encapsulate contemporary materials within transparent acrylic, preserving them as crystallized entities within time.
By embedding dynamic rhythms within transparent structures, these pieces create forms where stillness and motion intersect, visualizing hidden emotions and the atmosphere of the era.
They condense the information contained within objects, prompting reflection on how our current era might appear when viewed from a future perspective.
The "Flowlite" series is derived from a coined term combining Flow and Light, resonating with the mineral Fluorite.
It visualizes urban memories and the passage of time as light, treating particles of light emitted by human activities as crystallized "industrial minerals."
