Toyo Denso's CS Monitor Adopted for Environmental Improvement Demonstration Experiment at Haneda and Kumamoto Airport Security Checkpoints

Toyo Denso Co., Ltd. Through the installation of CS Monitor in this Demonstration Experiment, we aim to improve airport facility operations by incorporating the direct voices of users within the space. This Demonstration Experiment began on March 20, 2026, at Kumamoto Airport and on April 1 of the same year at Haneda Airport Terminal 2. ## What is CS Monitor? CS Monitor is a touch-panel feedback system that can easily and intuitively collect and analyze user voices from airports, public facilities, commercial facilities, and more. It promotes "immediate user responses on-site," which was difficult with traditional paper questionnaires, and supports the improvement of facility operations through data-driven DX by obtaining digital, real-time feedback. **[Key Features]** * **Intuitive operability:** A simple questionnaire format using a touch panel encourages casual responses from all generations. * **High degree of design freedom:** Screen designs can be tailored to the atmosphere of the installation location, maintaining immersion in the facility. * **Real-time aggregation:** Response data is aggregated instantly. This enables quick grasp of on-site conditions and leads to rapid operational improvements. Currently, CS Monitor has also been introduced in restrooms at Haneda Airport (Terminals 1, 2, and 3), contributing to understanding facility satisfaction and optimizing cleaning and equipment maintenance through collected data. Through this "Demonstration Experiment for Environmental Improvement through Space Production at Security Checkpoints" at Haneda and Kumamoto Airports, Toyo Denso will promote the creation of "more comfortable and user-friendly spaces" by utilizing real voices obtained on-site. This Demonstration Experiment is verifying the effectiveness of environmental improvement at security checkpoints, in collaboration with Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., Kumamoto International Airport Co., Ltd., and participating companies of "terminal.0 HANEDA," an R&D hub working on solutions for Haneda Airport's challenges. Furthermore, CS Monitor has a proven track record of visualizing invisible sensations such as user comfort and satisfaction as quantitative data and linking them to environmental improvements in multiple facilities, including co-working spaces.
