This initiative aims to secure future talent by fostering Tobu fans and promoting the use of Spacia X, in anticipation of intensifying competition for human resources due to the projected population decline.

The content of the picture book depicts the importance of a safety-first mission and the work of railway employees who support it as a team, through the experience of a Spacia X driver. Furthermore, the story features a child who "cannot find a dream" as the protagonist, and it was created as a picture book that fosters the power to dream, realizing the importance of working and dreams, and envisioning a future self.
