Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. (Head office: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter: Tobu Railway) and Tobu Leisure Planning Co., Ltd. (Head office: Miyashiro-machi, Saitama Prefecture; hereinafter: Tobu Leisure Planning) will hold an experiential event called "Train School", taught by active crew members of Tobu Railway, at Tobu Zoo on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

At this event, active train drivers will provide clear and thorough lectures on the operation methods and mechanisms using a real 50000 series train simulator, which was actually used for driver proficiency training, allowing participants to experience the realism of becoming a real train driver. In addition to this, a variety of hands-on contents are available for train enthusiasts, children, and families to enjoy, including a "Conductor Experience", a "JR East Train Simulator 'Tobu Railway Version'" experience corner, an 8000 series train driver's cab experience, a 500 series "Revaty" seat experience, as well as an exhibition of railway parts, a display of a Plarail diorama, and a question corner for active crew members.
